We now
have a Safety Committee for 2018. Our Chair is Lia Anderson and
Co-Chair is James Williams. You can find their contact info on the
Board of Directors page.
For a great site to research crime
in our area visit sex
offenders. Please report any suspicious activity or any knowledge
of crime taking place in our community to any Board member or post
on our Face
Book Page. Hopefully in the near future our community Block
Captain program will be restarted. Anyone that is interested, please
email Lia
Anderson or James
Williams to volunteer to be a Block Captain on your street or
call the Sheriff's office non-emergency number 630-0500 to report
a crime if you know of one that has recently happened in our neighborhood. |
Please keep your vehicles
locked during the day and night if parked in your driveway, there
have been reports of a suspicious individual testing door handles
of parked cars and looking inside.

BE A GOOD CITIZEN OBSERVER
What you see and hear could save life, limb or property
if only you tell someone who knows what to do about it. |
Note:
For you smart phone users there is a great app named Nextdoor Neighborhood.
Both Apple IOS and Android versions are available. I urge you each
to go get the app or check it out on the web at Nextdoor.com.
Join Hickory Creek online to report any crimes, sell any items, post
events. And on the 6th of every month you small businessmen can self
promote your business, usually not allowed but was told by a Nextdoor
Neighbor associate that I could authorize this as Lead for our neighborhood,
once a month only. |
